Anodising is an electrolytic passivation process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of aluminium parts. This process prevents corrosion and provides a durable surface finish to aluminium components. Anodising can also be used as a pre-treatment before a paint finish is applied.

We offer a range of colours...

This decorative finish can be dyed to a variety of colours. We continuously run clear (silver), black, blue and red anodising processes but we are able to offer more colours depending on customer requirements and volume.

We also offer brightened anodising...

We offer a chemical brightening process prior to anodising that gives a bright and smooth finish to anodised surface of the material. This is especially useful for highly visual parts.

We can mask areas required for earthing or where tolerances are tight...

We are also able to mask threads and other areas where tight tolerances are required. Anodising can be seen on items ranging from scientific instrumentation to decorative components for cars and motorcycles.
