Kephos produces a phosphate coating and black finish in just one process. Its provides excellent corrosion resistance with minimal film build, with protection being equivalent to that provided by a light weight phosphate coating plus a one coat paint finish. Application for Kephos include race car suspension (Kephos is resistant to brake fluid and oil), mechanical components and brackets and fasteners.
Xylan is a hard wearing painted finish generally used to reduce friction, improve wear resistance, and for non-stick applications. Additionally, it can be used to protect a metal from corrosion. The most commonly known application is in non-stick cookware but Xylan coatings have also been used extensively in the automotive industry and for corrosion protection in the oil and gas industry. We are able offer a range of different Xylan coatings. For more information contact us via email or give us a call to discuss your needs further.
